laziness has overwhelmed me and i sit (i say sit, but im actually lying(no pun intended)) on my bed watching episodes of heroes on my iPod. Why in the name of cheesus chris is it so addictive, and why oh why dont any of the girls i meet look like claire? I would personally saw off a buttock with cheese wire to spend the night with that girl.
You know i really must perfect the art of two handed typing on this thing, as with one hand it’s painfully slow; think granny climbing the stairs backwards wearing rollerskates slow.
This week i have mostly been listening to frightened rabbit.

Hey guys (and gals)!
I’m posting this up in the effort to help anyone, as I’ve got a lot out of people sharing their sites over the last few years - so If it helps anyone, I’m pleased.
Anyway, the site is in AS2 / flash 8 and 9 - and it probably horribly programmed - this was done a few years ago for a band I’d been working with, it was before I knew what a class was or functions or pretty much anything code related; in fact it’s exactly how a designer would build a site… staying away from anything that looked remotely like code…
Anyway, I’ve included all (I think I’ve got them all in) the fonts I used (which are all freeware by the way), and the McTween component which powers all the tweening.
Oh, I guess I’ve got to include a disclaimer -

So, I’m coming back… and I aim to write lots and lots!
Anyway, recently I ain’t had that much time to write my thoughts on here mainly because I’m now working with two other lovely Geeks by the name of Jo and Chris in a little design tour de force we call Papertank. This seems to have gone amazingly well, in fact so well I don’t have time to do anything else… Girls? ppffft Partying pppffft (well unless you count a night out at Optimo in Glasvegas).
Oh!, actually I did have time to graduate - here’s the proof…
At the moment the main thing we’ve been working on is a absolute huge/mammoth flash site for the London/New York based label Lizard King Records which were responsable for the Killers first album over here in the Uk, as well as being the home of our boys in Driveby Argument. I’ve been working none stop for nearly 3 months getting it finished and I’m nearly there… I’ll try and get some screenshots up of everything soon - especially the flash backend which alone has taken me weeks getting it all put together.
As well as this we’ve been finalising artwork for drivebys debut album, working on animations for delivery companies, talking to Biffy’s management, pitching ideas for an international environmental organisation, taking photographs of lots of bands, designing fonts, looking for office space in Glasgow, eating veggy food in the 13th Note and much more.
My latest purchases over the last few months (cause you’re all dying to know) are an iPod touch - which, I jailbroke within the first two days and now run mail off it - and more recently a wacom tablet, which I actually can’t live without… in fact I can’t really live without either of them.
As far as relationships go - well they don’t, but then I don’t think I would have time for one, so I’m destined to lead a sad, lonely life for the foreseeable future… but I can’t say I’m that bothered. Or maybe I am.
